Guesthouse is a type of accomodation where tenants partially share common area with other tenants.
We provide you a seperate lockable bedroom, and a communal kitchen, showers, a living room, toilets to be shared by everyone.
It's a quit popular system among tourists like backpackers in other countries.
We make every effort to offer clean and comfortable accomodations.

£Ñ¡¥When do I need to give notice if I want to move out?

£Á¡¥In case of guesthouses:
Please let us know 3 weeks in advance.It is so flexible that tenants only need to give notice 3 weeks in advance before moving out.
¢¡Even if you do not tell us your moving-out date three weeks prior, you need to pay 21 days' rent from the day you inform us about your moving-out.

In case of apartments:
One month noticeis needed.
¢¡ Even if you do not tell us your moving-out date one month prior, you need to pay one month's rent from the day you inform us about your moving-out.

£Ñ¡¥Is it true that we do not need to pay intehrwhao "deposit, key money, agent fees", which is needed for usual apartments?
£Á¡¥Yes.
We don't need "deposit, key money, agent fees." Please pay 10,000yen (20,000yen for apartments) as handling fee when you make a contract. (When in campaign, price might be different.)
We manage and operate our properties by ourselves to provide budget rooms.
£Ñ¡¥What kind of documents do I need when I move in? Do I need to prepare "Certificate of residence", "Certificate of the registered seal","Income certificate"?
£Á¡¥We need a photocopy of your ID card. If you don't have driver's licence, please prepare a certificate of residence.
£Ñ¡¥Can I stay only for one month?
£Á¡¥Yes, you can.
We are so flexible that short-term residents can stay in our rooms. If it is more than one month, for example one month and ten days, we will prorate.
£Ñ¡¥How do I pay monthly rent?
£Á¡¥Please pay the next month's rent by the 25th of each month.
When you pay the rent, please send it by bank transfer.
£Ñ¡¥Besides the rent, what do I have to pay?

£Á¡¥In case of guesthouses¡§
Please pay 9,000yen for utilities and internet fee.
In some of the rooms in guesthouses, please pay the electricity fee calculated by consumption and the internet fee as an option.
When a room is shared with two people,
¢¡please pay 10,000yen/month.¡Ê15,000yen/month in some rooms.¡Ë

In case of apartments¡§
Maintenance fee is needed.
¢¡3,000yen
Residents are supposed to apply for utilitis by themselves.
¢¡Residents are supposed to sign up for use of electricity, gas, water and internet to each company themselves.
When a room is shared with two people,
¢¡please pay 5,000yen/month.

In some of the guesthouses and studio apartmets,
the fire insurance fee is needed.¡ÊPlease make a contract with insurance company.¡Ë
Approximately 5,000yen/year.

£Ñ¡¥How are the consumables like dish liquid or toilet papaer in common area of guesthouses provided?
£Á¡¥interwhao provides. Residents don't need to pay extra.¡ÊThere are some exceptions. Please ask us for details.¡Ë
£Ñ¡¥What kind of common facilities do you have?

£Á¡¥In case of guesthouses¡§
We provide most of the daily necessities.
It depends on houses, but most houses have kitchen, lounge, bathroom or shower, microwave, gas rings, cooking utensils, washing machine, dryer, TV, PC for internet. Please prepare your own cups or dishes.

In case of apartments¡§
There are communal wasing machines and dryers in some of our properties.

£Ñ¡¥What kind of utilities do you have in a room?
£Á¡¥An air conditioner and a refrigerator are set in each room of most of the properties. Some rooms have beds.(Please ask us for details¡Ë
There isn't no beddings in a room, but we can sell a set of futon for 10,500yen if you like. A futon set includes mattress, quilt, pillow, sheet, and pillow case.
£Ñ¡¥Is there a parking for bicycles?
£Á¡¥Yes, in some houses. (Please ask us for details¡Ë

£Ñ¡¥Is it possible for some of my friends stay at nights in my room?
£Á¡¥Yes, if it is one or two days in a month. If it is longer, please pay 350yen/day or 10,000yen/month.
£Ñ¡¥How do I throw my garbage out?
£Á¡¥Please put your garbages out on a designated garbage station. Please check the local rules for collection day of garbage or separate collection of garbage.
£Ñ¡¥Do you have curfew? Do you have time limitations for lights or other facilities?
£Á¡¥ No. Some of other company's guesthouses have curfew or light-outs, but from the view of "being always prepared to be used comfortably," we don't have them.
However, please be well-mannered at midnight for other tenants.
£Ñ¡¥Is it possible to sublet?
£Á¡¥No, but when we make a contract with a company, its employees can use the room.
