a 30,000yen deposit. |

◆To keep a room :
A payment of 30,000 yen is required. You can pay this money through a bank transfer or in cash. We are also pleased to accept VISA, Master card, JCB and AMEX.
We will keep the room for you for one week from the day you make the payment..
If you make a lease contract for the room, this money will be applied to a deposit of 30,000 yen.
In case you do not take the room, this money is not refundable.
Please remember if more than one person pays 30,000 yen for the same room, the person who pays first will have a priority to keep the room.
